Kris Greenberg has been with Golden Property Management Services since December of 2016 and is a licensed Community Association Manager. She has over 30 years’ experience in customer service, leadership, administrative and facility management, training and development. Kris has extensive experience working with financial institutions and non-profits.
Kris’s extensive involvement with Kiwanis International at the state and local levels has contributed greatly to her success professionally and personally. Golden Property Management Services clients have benefited greatly from her drive to provide superior customer service and go the extra mile for our clients. Kris currently serves as the Operations Manager for the home watch division.

Kris is originally from Rockford, IL and moved to Naples, FL in 1989 to join her family. She enjoys travelling, fishing, boating and working with an array of philanthropic organizations in the community.
